Propay is not a wallet, and Nerho.com is not a savings bank. Instead, they serve as temporary holding places for your funds before making installment payments for items on Nerho.com. It’s important to note that all transactions conducted through Propay are automatically designated as installment payments for items on Nerho.com, and refunds will incur a 10% withdrawal fee which requires a minimum of 5,000NGN withdrawal. All items bought on installment will incur a 10% fee upon request for refund. Additionally all processing purchases on installment plans will be subject to price increase upon suppliers increase in prices.
4. Intellectual Property:
Our website and its contents are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
5. Prohibited Conduct:

b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these TOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

Nerho does not engage in the manufacturing of any products; therefore, no item(s) listed on the Nerho platform has been manufactured, produced, or assembled by Nerho. Nerho shall not be held responsible for any errors, defects, or damages experienced by any buyer(s) resulting from the purchase or use of such item(s) acquired through the Nerho platform. All item(s) listed on the Nerho platform include descriptions provided by their respective manufacturers, who bear responsibility for any errors, defects, or damages in accordance with their individual terms and conditions of liability.
